Each custodial staff member completes our rigorous in-house training program prior to being placed on an off-site work crew, so they’re ready to serve with confidence from day one.
In addition to staff training, our custodial management team has over forty years of combined experience in custodial projects. You can trust our teams will service your cleaning needs thoroughly each and every time.
We have spent time training standby supervisors and staff, so we have you covered even when other team members are absent or on vacation.
Beacon Group Custodial Division is certified by the International Sanitary Supply Association in their Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) program. The group is managed by a CIMS ISSA Certification Expert (I.C.E.) which is someone so familiar with CIMS processes that they can provide training and consulting services to other custodial organizations.
