This service is provided to adults with developmental disabilities and focuses on training, supervision, therapeutic activities, and other services to promote skills development in independent living, self-care, communication, and social relationships. We provide person-centered services that focus on community access. An individual service plan is developed to help you increase their independent functioning and personal/social skills through integrated community setting and activities.
