Individuals with disabilities in the Phoenix area who want to work in a long term part-time warehouse position for a large e-retailer can receive support services through Beacon Group. Beacon participates in the Amazon Alternative Workforce Supplier Program to help support job candidates by matching individual job skills and interests and supporting the transition into the workplace by providing employment support services. Candidates will be evaluated at Beacon Group’s Phoenix Business Services Center after an initial phone screening.

Employment Support
A Beacon Group Job Coach is embedded at the employer’s locations to provide support and help to ensure success for all candidates throughout all phases of the employment process, including the simulation, application, new hire and the onboarding process. Beacon also offers job coaching supports and advocacy once an individual becomes an employee of Amazon.

Once a candidate passes the simulation they will apply through the Amazon website and have the following requirements:
