Beacon Group is working with a Phoenix fulfillment center to place talented candidates into part-time positions.

Beacon will review your application and may ask you to do a simulation interview at our training location. Be prepared to stay at the training location for up to 4 hours.

If you pass the working interview, we will send you to our customer who will hire you directly.

The main duties and responsibilities of this job:

Sorting packages based on size and destination

Standing in one place for long periods of time- then moving throughout the warehouse good shoes are a must!

Building pallets, wrapping pallets and transporting pallets with a pallet jack

Lifting up to 49 pounds

Operate warehouse equipment- carts, dollies, hand trucks

The minimum qualifications are as follows:

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Flexible in responsibilities

Extra hours as needed

Comfortable communicating with our customers both verbally and in writing

Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for up to 10-12 hours

Frequently- push, pull, squat, bend and reach

Continuously climb and descend stairs safely

Willing and able to work on powered equipment (forklift or cherry picker)

Willing and able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet.

Ability to read and take direction in English
