ENGAGING LEARNING EXPERIENCES HELP CREATE MEANINGFUL LIVES

Beacon Group’s Day Treatment for Adults (DTA), also known as Community Integration programs, are filled with supervised activities and services for adults with developmental disabilities designed to promote skills development in independent living, self-care, communication, and social relationships.

 

Our unique community integrated programs can be combined with Center-Based Employment, and feature person-centered services that focus on community access. An individual service plan is developed to help increase each individual’s independent functioning and personal/social skills through integrated community setting and activities.

 

Participants go on local outings and do a wide variety of activities, learning new skills while having a great time.

Hosting classes and guests on:

Nutrition
Personal Hygiene
Fitness
Social Skills
Arts & Crafts
Life Skills Classes

Spending time going to:

Movies
Museums
Parks
Zoos
Libraries
Swimming
And many more

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

Individual must be Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) eligible and be referred by a Support Coordinator.
