Beacon's thrift store operation is best known for "Jane," who has been proudly calling households in Tucson since 1964. The thrift store currently employs 42 and offers work-related training for many more. With gross annual sales over $1,000,000 from donated merchandise, net proceeds go to help support Beacon's programs.

We accept drop-off donations at our Value Village Thrift Store located at 2700 N. Stone Ave. (just south of Glenn St.) Drop-off hours are 8:00am until 6:00pm Monday thru Sunday.

Accepted Items: (New and gently used) Furniture, Appliances, Clothing, Books, Exercise Equipment, Cars, Boats, Trailers, and RV's.

Items we can NOT use: water heaters and furnaces, tires, console TV's, wall to wall carpeting, water beds, broken, stained or torn furniture or bedding, food or food products, flammable liquids, copy machines, encyclopedias, magazines or newspapers (more than 2 years old).
