What is a Customized Work Team?

A CWT is simply a group of employees working together on a task. Work teams are most efficient when job content-changes and expert advice are needed to complete a set of work with different skills.

Each of our teams has its own set of specific goals and objectives, and our job coaches ensure the output of our work teams supports your organization’s needs. This means you spend less to increase your labor force, as well as to accomplish your goals.

What is a job coach?

A job coach both equips individuals in advance with the necessary skills to best execute tasks and understand the potential work-load they will experience on a job site. Beacon Group also keeps job coaches on-site to answer questions and supervise best practices for our work teams.
